Placements24 is recruiting a Production Supervisor for their Mossel Bay facility in the Western Cape. You will oversee daily production, drive quality, safety, and efficiency, and lead a team of operators and line leaders to meet targets.

Key responsibilities include monitoring processes, addressing downtime, maintaining records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives such as lean practices to reduce waste and enhance productivity.

Qualifications
