Placements24 is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join our Mossel Bay manufacturing team. You will oversee a production line, manage operators, and ensure targets are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 3 years in manufacturing and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, with strong leadership and communication skills to coach the team and drive continuous improvement.

About the Role

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific production line or shift, ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. You will lead a team of production operators, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain productivity and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, contributing to the operational excellence of the facility in the Western Cape .
