Placements24 is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor for an FMCG factory in Port Elizabeth to lead daily operations, drive safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will manage a team, monitor equipment, and implement continuous improvement, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Experience in FMCG sector is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with MES or ERP systems is advantageous.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their FMCG manufacturing facility in Port Elizabeth . This critical role ensures that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. You will lead a team of production staff, manage schedules, monitor equipment performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership position within a vital sector, offering the chance to directly impact operational excellence and product quality in the Eastern Cape region.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of production operators, ensuring adherence to schedules and performance standards.

Requirements
