About the Role

You will lead a production team, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality output of FMCG products. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of production processes. You will be responsible for managing schedules, optimizing workflow, and ensuring adherence to all safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to driving operational excellence in the Gauteng region.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of production line workers, ensuring optimal performance.
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to improve workflow and reduce waste.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operated safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, including output, downtime, and quality checks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical or supervisory training is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment , preferably FMCG.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
