Placements24 is seeking a Production Supervisor for a George, Western Cape facility in a hybrid on-site/remote role. You will oversee a production team, ensure safety, quality, and on-time output, and collaborate with maintenance, logistics and engineering to optimize throughput.

The ideal candidate has a National Diploma or Bachelor's in Production/Operations management or engineering, at least 4 years in manufacturing supervision, and strong leadership, planning, and ERP-based production
