About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and growing manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team in Centurion, Gauteng . This hybrid role requires a motivated individual who can effectively balance on-site supervision with strategic remote planning and reporting. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that manufacturing targets are met efficiently and safely. This position involves leading a team of production staff, coordinating workflows, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. The hybrid nature of this role allows for flexibility, combining the necessity of on-the-floor presence with the convenience of remote work for specific planning and administrative tasks. Requirements
