Job summary

Tumaini Consulting is seeking a Production Superintendent for a client in Cape Town to manage plant production and uphold operating standards.

You will plan and coordinate labour, equipment and materials; monitor output, quality, and KPIs; identify bottlenecks and implement fixes; and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to sustain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Matric is required
• Operations Management Diploma preferred
• Leadership and team coordination abilities essential
