Job summary

About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturer, is seeking an energetic and experienced Production Shift Leader for their facility in Mahikeng . This role is pivotal in managing a production shift to meet targets for volume, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of FMCG production processes, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of production operators. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, adhering to safety protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands‑on role with significant responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a production shift, ensuring all targets are met.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor production equipment and processes, addressing any issues or deviations promptly.
• Train and mentor production operators, fostering a skilled and motivated team.
