You will lead a team of operators, coordinate with maintenance and QA, monitor schedules, control waste, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the floor. This role offers stability and growth within a well-established company.

About the Role

Our client, a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturer situated in Bloemfontein, Free State, is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor. This role is critical for overseeing the daily operations of a production line, ensuring targets are met in terms of volume, quality, and efficiency, while maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising production teams within the FMCG sector and possess strong leadership qualities. You will be a key player in driving operational success in the Bloemfontein facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of production operators on the assigned production line.
