Express Employment Professionals in Barberton, Mpumalanga is looking for a Production Manager for a high through put meat butchery and deli. The ideal candidate will oversee all meat processing tasks, manage block men, and handle order planning and stock management.

Qualified candidates should have at least 7 years' experience in the meat industry, experience as a block man, and a background in production management. A Code B license and own transport are required.

• Minimum 7 years' experience in the meat industry.
• Qualified and experience as a block man.
• Experience as a production manager for 5 or more years in a similar role.
• Computer literate with knowledge of recipes and block tests utilizing software.
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word and Excel is important.
• Own transport and Code B license required.
