Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in operations/production management.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and productivity.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Lean Manufacturing and 5S knowledge.
• OHS and labour relations regulatory knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example, promoting Amrod's values and a positive team culture.
• Manage and supervise the production team, providing guidance and training.
• Handle IR/HR-related challenges as required.
• Drive team engagement and development.
• Plan and schedule work per Production Plan to meet deadlines.
• Ensure machinery is maintained and defects logged in E-works.
• Oversee day-to-day management of subordinates and rejects targets.
• Keep production lean and efficient to meet daily deadlines.
• Provide professional advice when targets are not met.
• Plan, develop, and maintain resources and capabilities.
• Coach subordinates to sustain leadership skills.
• Present new systems, process flows, and concepts to the team.
• Share information clearly and timely for decision-making.
• Lead production/branding improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety practices are followed and monitored.
