Job summary

MOO is seeking a creative and production-minded Technical Production Artworker for a 6 month contract in our Cape Town hub. You will be the final line of defense, ensuring that low-resolution or incorrectly formatted files are corrected to meet our premium print standards before press.

This entry-level role requires fast learning, confident decision-making, and strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Qualifications

• Fast Learner with the ability to absorb information quickly.
• Strong eye for detail and typography in production art.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign).

Responsibilities

• High-volume file correction to prepare print-ready artwork.
• Troubleshoot issues like low-resolution images, missing fonts, or color problems.
• Quality control and layout edits to meet MOO standards.
• Manage tasks under tight deadlines and communicate with customers.
• Explain technical file issues clearly via email, chat, or phone.
