MOO in Cape Town is seeking an entry-level Technical Production Artworker to join our fast-growing Customer Service team for a 12-month interim contract. You will fix files and ensure that low-resolution or incorrectly formatted files meet our premium print standards before press.

This role is production-minded and investigative—you’ll be the final line of defense, with hours to be confirmed for the season. The shift patterns reflect the need to align with our press schedules.

Because our customers upload a wide variety of file types, we are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Technical Production Artworker to join our fast-growing Customer Service team. This is an interim (12 months), entry-level contract role in our Cape Town hub for a production-minded artist who enjoys the "detective work" of fixing files. You will be the final line of defense, ensuring that low-resolution or incorrectly formatted files are corrected to meet our premium print standards before they hit the press.

The hours will be Monday- Friday March - November 5pm-1:30am SAST November to March 6:00pm-2:30am SAST.
