Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a Product Specialist in Johannesburg to bridge law and software delivery, owning legal logic across contracting journeys. You will validate product reflections against contracts and drive process design, risk playbooks, and AI-driven extraction rules.

The role includes designing intake workflows, leading UAT, and performing data migration and dashboards for reporting. Strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills are required, with an LL.B or equivalent qualification preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial contracting and risk assessment.
• Hands-on exposure to legal-tech, CLM, and matter-management workflows.
• Experience performing UAT and defect triage in product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Map the end-to-end contract lifecycle (intake → matter → drafting/negotiation → approvals/DoA → e-signature → activation → extraction → obligations → amendments → renewal/termination → reporting).
• Design intake forms and initiate matter workflows to support contract intake.
• Configure pre-signature workflows and post-signature contract setup.
• Define key commercial terms, dates, term, and renewal logic.
• Manage amendments and contract linking.
• Develop risk playbooks and clause-extraction rules for AI validation.
• Draft test agreements across SLAs, leases, loans, NDAs, and supply contracts.
• Test AI outputs for summaries, extraction, and document comparison.
• Deliver product demos, train clients, and drive adoption.
