Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional in South Africa is seeking a Legal Workflow Automation Executive to help law firms harness Generative AI to automate legal processes, design intelligent workflows, and improve efficiency.

You will partner with lawyers and operations leaders, translate processes into AI-enabled use cases, deliver demos and trainings, and support pilots through firm-wide adoption. This role focuses on measurable ROI and scalable impact across local and global teams.

Qualifications

A recognised legal qualification (LLB or equivalent).
Clear, persuasive communication skills with senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and processes.
Genuine interest in legal technology and AI applications.

Responsibilities

Unpack real-world legal workflows, pain points and inefficiencies with lawyers and legal operations.
Translate legal work into high-value AI-enabled workflow use cases.
Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations, trainings and workshops.
Support the full client journey from pilots and onboarding to firm-wide adoption.
Act as a strategic advisor on ROI, risk and operational impact of AI in legal practice.
Provide client feedback to product teams for roadmap prioritisation and go-to-market strategies.
Capture best practices and contribute to scalable playbooks.
