Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' sales experience in retail or wholesale.
• Experience in Interior décor, designer, furnishings, textiles, fabrics, wallpaper, rugs, and homeware industries.
• Previous training, coaching, or facilitation experience.
• Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate national product training programs.
• Identify training needs and implement structured training plans.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, product launches, and showroom training.
• Create engaging presentations, training materials, and product guides.
• Coach sales teams on product knowledge, presentation, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate product content for National Sales Meetings.
• Collaborate with buyers, marketing, and operational teams.
