You will oversee requisitions, RFQs, POs, and contracts, ensuring compliance with procedures. Strong negotiation and Microsoft Office skills are essential, with a focus on integrity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Procurement Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, consumables, and services in line with requirements and specifications.
• Manage purchase requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier contracts.
• Evaluate supplier quotations for competitive pricing and compliance with policies.
• Monitor supplier performance in pricing, quality, availability, delivery, and service levels.
• Coordinate local and international procurement activities, including import requirements and delivery schedules.
