Qualifications

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with specific experience in raw materials or packaging procurement, ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience in developing and managing supplier contracts.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
