OVK Ladybrand is op soek na 'n administratiewe beampte vir Aankope / Procurement om die administratiewe akkuraatheid en opvolging van aankope en produkdata vir landbouchemikalieë, kunsmis en saad te verseker.

Jou rol sluit in die verskaffing van daaglikse ondersteuning aan die Purchasing Manager en Product Line Manager, die skep en opvolging van bestellings, en die onderhou van pryse en dokumentasie in AS400 sodat leverings en pryse korrek bly.

Qualifications

• Matric; an appropriate administrative, purchasing or inventory qualification available.
• Preferably 2–3 years administrative experience in purchasing, inventory or agricultural input trade.
• Knowledge of AS400 and agricultural chemicals, fertilizer and seed an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily administrative support to the Purchasing Manager and Product Line Manager: Agricultural Inputs.
• Create, check, document and follow up on purchase orders and outstanding orders for agricultural chemicals, fertiliser and seed.
• Maintain and verify supplier price lists, costs and selling prices on AS400 in accordance with approved authorisations.
• Register and follow up supplier, inventory, delivery and quality claims through to resolution.
• Track credit notes, returns, delivery notes and discrepancies between orders, receipts and invoices.
• Prepare and distribute inventory, price, claims and outstanding-order reports on time.
• Maintain product and supplier records, documentation and electronic files, including applicable product and registration information.
• Liaise with branches, the DC, suppliers and finance to resolve queries promptly.
• Escalate delays, price discrepancies and unresolved claims promptly.
