You will lead process analyses, pilot studies, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure compliant, high-quality production in Nelspruit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of process engineering experience with focus on process improvement in chemical manufacturing.
• Proven track record of successful process optimization projects.
• Experience with process modeling and simulation tools is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing principles and safety protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving and collaboration skills in Nelspruit.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify efficiency, yield, and waste improvements.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies for equipment and procedures.
• Lead pilot studies and scale-up activities for improvements.
