Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years in process improvement or manufacturing engineering.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred.
Proven experience leading and implementing successful process improvement projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process improvement using lean and Six Sigma.

About the Role

This role is key to enhancing productivity, reducing waste, and improving the overall quality of products through systematic analysis and implementation of best practices. You will lead projects focused on lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies, working collaboratively with production staff, management, and technical teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and a passion for driving operational excellence in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead projects using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
