Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence across the production floor.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff on process-related matters.

• Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and operations teams to support new product introductions and process validation.

Requirements
