Placements24 is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes in Randburg. You will analyze current operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to boost productivity and quality while reducing costs.

You will collaborate with production, quality and maintenance teams, develop and validate process protocols, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

About the Role

You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions using engineering principles and methodologies. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Monitor process performance, collect data, and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering , Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, process control, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with data analysis tools and statistical process control (SPC).
