Process Engineering & Optimisation: analyse and improve processes to reduce cycle time, cost and risk.
Digital Transformation & Modernisation: support legacy IT modernisation with improved delivery and operation processes.
SDLC participation: collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and analysts to improve SDLC effectiveness.
Governance, Risk & Compliance: ensure processes align with audits and compliance standards.
Stakeholder & Change Enablement: bridge between engineering, technology and business teams, enabling adoption.
