You will design processes, scale up from lab to pilot to full production, validate changes, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a BEng in Chemical Engineering and at least four years in process engineering within chemicals, with strong knowledge of thermodynamics, kinetics,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 4 years of process engineering experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Solid grounding in thermodynamics, kinetics and mass transfer.
• Experience with process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and process control techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering within the chemical manufacturing industry.


• Strong understanding of chemical thermodynamics, kinetics, and mass transfer principles.


• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) is a plus.


• Proficiency in statistical analysis and process control techniques.


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.


• Familiarity with safety regulations and hazard analysis techniques (HAZOP).


• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.


• Experience with project management methodologies.
