Placements24 invites a proactive Chemical Engineer to join our Midrand-based client. You will design, develop, and scale-up chemical processes for manufacturing, prioritizing safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Working with production, QC, and R&D teams, you will run experiments, analyze data, monitor performance, and prepare technical reports and process diagrams to guide project decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in process design, optimization, and scale-up.
• Strong understanding of chemical principles, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
• Familiarity with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in Gauteng.
