The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree, at least 3 years’ experience, and strong hands-on problem-solving skills. You’ll collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D to drive continuous improvement and scale-up initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of process design, optimization and scale-up principles.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with troubleshooting in a production setting and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement both immediate and long-term solutions.
• Conduct process validation and qualification activities to ensure standards are met.
