Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an industrial process engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of process design, optimization, and control principles.
• Experience with lean manufacturing concepts and tools is beneficial.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process modeling software.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, adaptable to hybrid work structures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing industrial processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
