Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in process development or manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with process validation, scale-up, and technology transfer.
• Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate process parameters and identify optimal conditions.
• Perform process validation activities and prepare validation reports per regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and implement CAPAs.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Production for process transfer and scale-up.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Maintain SOPs and batch records related to manufacturing processes.
• Stay updated on new manufacturing technologies and GMP best practices.
• Ensure GMP and health and safety regulations are followed.
