Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong GMP/regulatory knowledge for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with process validation, scale-up, tech transfer.
• Proficiency in process simulation/modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale-up chemical processes for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Optimize existing processes to improve yield, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality.
• Develop process validation protocols and execute validation studies.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement CAPAs.
• Ensure GMP compliance and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Production on process-related projects.
• Prepare batch records, SOPs, and process descriptions.
• Conduct process hazard analyses and implement safety measures.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment for process improvement.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing operations.
