Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (e.g., granulation, tablet compression, sterile filling).


• Conduct experiments to evaluate process parameters and identify optimal operating conditions.


• Perform process validation activities and prepare validation reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.


• Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).


• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to ensure seamless process transfer and scale-up.


• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.


• Author and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records related to manufacturing processes.


• Stay updated on new manufacturing technologies and industry best practices.


• Ensure all activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant health and safety regulations.


• Maintain accurate records of process development activities, experimental results, and validation data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process development or manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry.


• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing principles and GMP.


• Experience with process validation, scale-up, and technology transfer.
