About the Role Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer committed to innovation and quality, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role will be based in Upington, Northern Cape, with a hybrid work arrangement offering flexibility. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance with strict pharmaceutical standards (GMP). The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemical or process engineering, with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
