You will lead the design, optimization, and validation of processes, collaborating with R&D, engineering, and production to ensure smooth tech transfer and robust scale-up.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development and scale-up.
• Expertise in reaction engineering, separation techniques, and process control.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory and pilot plant equipment.
• Strong understanding of process safety principles and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, ChemCAD) is desirable.
