Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments for development of new chemical processes and optimization of existing ones.
• Analyze experimental data, draw conclusions, and present findings to the R&D team and stakeholders.
• Develop and validate process models and simulations.
• Conduct pilot plant trials to assess process feasibility and gather data for scale-up.
• Collaborate closely with the scale-up and production teams to ensure smooth technology transfer.
• Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and safety protocols.
