Job summary

You will analyze, research, design, and implement efficient business processes, working with process engineers and multiple departments to document, test, and deploy improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, configure, analyze, and document business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in existing business processes and workflows.
• Document current processes using BPMN and EPC process maps.
• Work with process engineers to identify and implement process improvement solutions.
• Assist in designing and testing new processes and monitor their effectiveness post-implementation.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather process details and understand process challenges.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on process changes and improvements.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives.
• Perform quality assurance on solution components developed.
• Support the deployment of solutions to development, test, and production environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation for deployed solutions.
• Ensure quality assurance of process projects.
• Perform any reasonable ad hoc tasks as required by the Line Manager

Education
