Qualifications

• Degree/Advanced Diploma in engineering, commerce, IT, or project management.
• Any other project management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify the delivery of project deliverables
• Coordinate and participate in project meetings and workshops
• Source workshop venues and arrange catering, equipment, and facilities
• Take minutes, type minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders
• Establish and maintain the project's defined process
• Manage project reporting (weekly meetings and weekly highlight reports)
• Create and maintain project risk lists and issues logs, following up on action items by risk/issue owners
• Update the risk register with new risks identified
• Maintain the Project Lessons Learned Log
• Coordinate travel arrangements and functions for project members
• Manage project documents (version controlled and configuration managed)
• Create and maintain a project filing system on SharePoint
• Ensure that documentation naming standards are adhered to
• Ensure project documents requiring approval are signed-off and filed accordingly
• Archive project documents after the project is closed
• Monitor external parties' delivery constraints and escalating exceptions to the project manager
• Consult with project stakeholders to address issues
• Maintain project communication, including meetings, presentations, changes, and lessons learned

Education

Degree/Advanced Diploma in engineering, commerce, IT, or project management

Any other project management certifications
