Job summary

The position involves designing data models, creating data products, setting up tests, training users, and supporting existing processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Strong communication, time management, presentation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and document requirements using use cases, user stories and BPMN-like models.
• Propose changes to processes and technology.
• Design and create data models and data products to improve decision-making.
• Set up test cases and perform testing of changes.
• Provide user training and support.
• System analysis and documentation.
• Project management.
