Job summary

FirstRand Limited's FNB Private Clients team in Cape Town is seeking a Private Clients Advisor to support a portfolio of clients with analysis, research and service fulfilment.

You will identify opportunities for banking new clients and grow an existing base through proactive engagement, accurate reporting, and effective stakeholder management within a dynamic private banking environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant NQF7 Level Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Completed RE5 qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales/service banking/financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proactively managing a portfolio of FNB Private Clients with a team of Private Advisors.
• Provide sound services and recommendations based on customer needs and trends.
• Support with reporting, planning and updating client information.
• Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and grow client accounts.
• Contribute to achieving financial targets and maintaining service levels.
