You will analyze portfolios, research insights, and ensure seamless execution of sales and service activities to onboard new clients and grow existing relationships.

Ideal candidates have NQF7 level finance/economics/accounting and RE5 qualification, with 2–3 years in sales/service within banking. A credit record check is required per NCA guidelines.

• 2–3 years’ experience in a Sales/Service role within a banking/financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound services and recommendations based on customer and client needs and trends.
• Compile reports tracking progress to guide decisions.
• Manage leads pipeline and assist with sales growth and new client onboarding.
