Job summary

FNB South Africa is seeking a Private Client portfolio assistant who supports Private Advisors through analysis, research, sales and service fulfilment. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to bank new clients and grow existing portfolios through strong stakeholder engagement.

You will help manage client leads, prepare reports, and contribute to revenue growth while upholding service standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience within a Sales/Service area of banking/financial services.
• Relevant NQF7 degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics/Accounting.
• Completed RE5 qualification for regulatory and sales compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound services and recommendations based on customer needs and trends.
• Manage leads pipeline and deliver accurate administration and reporting.
• Compile progress reports to guide business decisions and growth.
• Support sales through analysis of client portfolios and proactive engagement.
• Assist with profit growth via new client acquisition and cross-sell.
