Job summary

dlk is seeking an experienced SAP Case Management consultant in Cape Town to configure and implement CM solutions. You will lead workshops, document specifications, and support testing and end-user training.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP with PSRM/Case Management expertise, and you will collaborate with architects to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions. Candidates residing in Cape Town are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified SAP Case Management (CM) professional.
• 8+ years of SAP experience required.
• Extensive experience in PSRM Case and Records Management (e.g., DAMS).
• Proven track record in multiple SAP Case Management implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP Case Management (CM) solutions.
• Perform system testing, unit testing, and support user acceptance activities.
• Compile Functional Specifications and solution documentation.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Analyse AS-IS and TO-BE processes and document future-state designs.
• Lead design workshops and guide junior analysts.

• Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and support knowledge transfer.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP Case Management (CM) solutions.


• Perform system testing, unit testing, and support user acceptance activities.


• Compile Functional Specifications and solution documentation.


• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.


• Analyse current (AS-IS) business processes and document future-state (TO-BE) processes.


• Lead and participate in solution design workshops and provide guidance to junior functional analysts.


• Collaborate with solution architects and integration specialists to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.


• Ensure solution designs comply with organisational architecture standards and policies.


• Configure SAP solutions and perform unit testing.


• Coordinate and execute testing of RICEFW developments with technical teams.


• Develop, document, and execute test scenarios, test plans, and regression testing aligned to business requirements.


• Log, prioritise, and resolve testing defects within project timelines.


• Deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and support end-user knowledge transfer.


• Support data classification, validation, migration, and defect resolution activities.


• Provide technical input for system sizing and capacity planning.


• Deliver Level 3 production support and problem resolution during post-go-live.


• Conduct knowledge transfer and handover to operational support teams.


• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.


• Support the Project Manager with project planning, deliverables, and timeline

Requirements Qualifications

• Required SAP Case Management (CM) Certification.


• Experience Required Minimum 8+ years of SAP experience.


• Extensive experience in SAP PSRM Case and Records Management implementations (e.g., DAMS).


• Proven experience in multiple SAP Case Management implementation projects.

• Generic Case Framework in SAP ECC.


• Integration between SAP ECC, SAP Portal, SAP UI5 Mobile, and SAP BW/4HANA.


• SAP RE-FX module, specifically SAP LUM.
