You will apply antenna theory, propagation modeling, and RF performance analysis for 4G/5G and future wireless systems, collaborating with hardware and software teams to publish design specs and test reports.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with RF/Microwave specialization.
• 12+ years of progressive RF design and development experience in telecom.
• Expertise in antenna theory, EM simulations (HFSS/CST), and RF circuit design.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF design projects from concept to validation in wireless systems.
• Mentor junior RF engineers and contribute to strategy and roadmaps.
• Perform RF propagation modeling and interference analysis for 4G/5G/future networks.
• Oversee testing, documentation, and compliance with industry standards.
