This is a senior role requiring extensive experience in managing complex recruitment mandates, identifying niche engineering talent, and cultivating lasting client relationships. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving business development initiatives and leading end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of various engineering disciplines, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, civil, and software engineering. As a remote-first consultant, you will be expected to excel in virtual communication, candidate engagement, and client management. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant contribution to our client's success in the Mossel Bay, Western Cape, ZA region and beyond.
