Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a significant portion spent in a senior or principal consultant capacity within a Recruitment Consultancy .
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for complex, senior-level roles.
• Extensive knowledge of the Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, ZA employment market and key industry players.
• Exceptional ability to build rapport, influence, and negotiate effectively with both clients and candidates.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing talent within the team.
• Proven business development acumen and a track record of winning new business.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in isiXhosa is a significant advantage.
