Placements24 is seeking a Principal Management Consultant to lead enterprise transformation initiatives on a remote-first basis within South Africa, including Randburg. You will steer large, strategic programs, guide organizational change, and drive digital modernization while partnering with senior executives.

You will engage in thought leadership, manage diverse, high-performance teams, and mentor consultants to deliver value to major clients with significant budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive consulting experience with enterprise-wide transformation.
• Proven success delivering complex change programs at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive enterprise transformation strategies.
• Oversee large-scale multi-disciplinary projects focused on organizational change and digital modernization.
• Engage with C-suite executives to co-create transformation roadmaps.
• Drive client consensus and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams in a remote work environment.
• Identify and champion innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and progress reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure successful implementation and sustainable adoption of changes.
• Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership, methodologies, and business development.
• Manage project risks, budgets, and timelines within a remote delivery model.
