Placements24 collaborates with a premier global management consulting firm to recruit a Principal Management Consultant. The role leads remote client transformations, mentors teams, and builds executive-level relationships across industries from a remote setting.

You will drive strategic change, develop transformation roadmaps, and shape engagements for multinational clients while leveraging the firm's remote-first delivery model and Stellenbosch ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or PhD) in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
• 12+ years in management consulting with leadership roles (Principal/Partner/Director).
• Proven success in leading large-scale strategic and operational transformations.
• Deep cross-functional and industry expertise across strategy, operations, digital, finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major engagements and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop strategic solutions, operational frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Provide guidance to C-suite executives and senior management.
• Mentor project teams in a remote environment.
• Drive business development and expand client relationships.
• Present findings to executive boards and key stakeholders.
• Champion firm methodologies and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and service offerings.
