About the Role

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to contribute your extensive expertise from anywhere in the world. You will be responsible for defining exploration strategies, identifying new targets, and guiding exploration programs for significant mineral discoveries. This position demands a deep understanding of geological principles, advanced exploration techniques, and a proven history of successful project leadership. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Master's or Ph.D. in Geology or Economic Geology from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in mineral exploration, with a strong track record of successful discoveries.
• Extensive experience with various deposit types relevant to the mining industry (e.g., gold, copper, platinum group elements).
• Proficiency in geological software for 3D modeling and data analysis (e.g., Leapfrog Geo, ioGAS, ArcGIS).
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage exploration budgets effectively.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for a fully remote leadership role .
• International exploration experience is highly advantageous.
