About the Role

This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on identifying and advancing new mineral opportunities worldwide, with a particular emphasis on greenfield projects. You will be responsible for designing and implementing exploration strategies, managing exploration budgets, and leading multidisciplinary teams across various continents. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in generative exploration, structural geology, and geochemistry, coupled with a deep understanding of global mining jurisdictions and geological terrains. Requirements

• Expertise in structural geology, metallogeny, and various deposit types (e.g., gold, copper, base metals).
• Proficiency in GIS software, 3D geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, ioGAS), and database management.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing remote teams and international exploration projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setup.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required for project oversight and due diligence.
