Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineering Manager in Centurion to lead a skilled team of engineers and drive high-impact projects. You will define technical direction, foster innovation, ensure safety and reliability, and partner with stakeholders to deliver value.

The role requires a master's in electrical engineering, 10+ years of experience with at least 3 years in leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from design to handover.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
• At least 3 years in a management/supervisory role.
• Proven track record managing complex electrical projects.
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, power generation, distribution and control technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers with performance feedback.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for electrical engineering projects aligned with company goals.
• Oversee full lifecycle from concept through handover.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Liaise with stakeholders and clients to ensure project success.
