Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical design engineering.
• PE or Pr. Eng registration mandatory.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of power systems, building services, industrial electrical design.
• Excellent client communication skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams and complex projects.
• Exceptional understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (SANS, IEC, NEC).
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and innovative design thinking.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Pr. Eng registration is mandatory.
• Experience in diverse sectors such as renewable energy, healthcare, or data centres is a strong advantage.
